Our Mineral Eye Pencil is Put to the Ultimate Aquatic Test
When we were developing our waterproof Mineral Eye Defining Pencil with Smudger, we tested it in what we thought were extreme real world scenarios—sudden downpours, rainforest-like humidity, sad movie marathons—that sort of thing. Swimming with dolphins (yes, you read correctly) never crossed our minds.
However, that’s just what the good people at Glamour.com did when they teamed up with Karissa Reinbold, a dolphin care specialist at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, to put some their favorite waterproof picks to the ultimate test. Sporting our mineral eye definer in Midnight Sapphire, Karissa dove in (literally) to work with Maverick, a super-smart, super-cute dolphin at the resort’s Dolphin Habitat.
"Even after diving in and out of the water and being splashed by dolphins, this eye pencil held up,” Karissa told Glamour.com. “I even hit the gym after work and was impressed that it lasted."

Very dissapointed in the pencil! No matter how little is exposed, it breaks off! Won't buy it again. Will go back to my Bare Essentials.
